You and us

You are the person or company using Speedwork. We are Speedwork, based in Bologna, Italy. By signing up, you accept these terms.

What Speedwork does

Speedwork helps you turn an operational problem into custom software, then keeps that software hosted, maintained and supported.

1. Discovery with Nico, our assistant, to create a clear problem brief.
2. Human review by the Speedwork team within 48 business hours.
3. Build, delivery and ongoing maintenance after you choose a proposal.

Payment

The model is one-time setup plus a monthly maintenance subscription. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made by card or SEPA transfer.

Guarantee and maintenance

While maintenance is active, Speedwork remains responsible for the solution we delivered within the chosen tier. If it breaks because of our code or infrastructure, we fix it.

Cancellation and codebase

You can cancel maintenance anytime. If you cancel, we provide the codebase and deployment documentation so you can self-host.

Law and venue

Italian law applies. The competent court is Bologna, Italy, except where mandatory consumer or business rules say otherwise.
